What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered features for client products
- Build retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and eval suites
- Optimize model routing and inference costs
- Prototype fast, then harden for production
What we're looking for
- Strong Python or TypeScript engineering background
- Hands-on LLM product experience (not just notebooks)
- Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation
- Pragmatism about what AI should and shouldn't do
